This is my first time/game, so I’ll be proud just to end up with something that runs! I’ll be using Monkey X and my wife will be helping out with art using aseprite. Good luck everyone!

Sales of a Deathman is finally finished and submitted. This is my first game I’ve ever finished and the first jam I’ve ever participated in. This entire experience has been so much fun.

I didn’t want to take the theme too literally, so I went for a different type of monster.

My wife Danielle did all the art, having never done pixel art ever before. I think she did great:

And now, I’m ready to spend the next few days reviewing all of your hard work. I’ve been too busy this weekend to pay as much attention to everyone else’s projects as I would have liked to.

For our first game ever, I could not be more pleased with the ratings for Sales of a Deathman. We went into this not knowing if we would even end up with something that ran. Our main goal was to make people laugh, so it’s good to see our humor score so high:
