This is my first gamejam ever and while I thought creating an experience was the greatest part, I now see how immensely rewarding it is to find marvelous, hidden gems within the entries by simply exploring a bit <3

Eat preys, love Whether the gem transmutes natural proccesses into gameplay mechanics...

Displacement makes me think hard...

Wayward makes me think on a different level even harder...

Abandoned Archive inspires me to get better...

Doin' It Live or just makes me have a good time :D

Before I go out on another gaming spree, I thought I should give some shoutouts to great games I played to keep the fire GOING!

The Ludum Dare Flame Maybe not as extreme as those guys though :D. Seriously though, how cool would it be if @tobiasw 's text-MMO would become something like the Orgrimmar Auction House of the Ludum Dare O: (with that I mean the central, social hub)

Aviarium What is it with bird simulators? I kinda really, really, really dig them for some reason and I don't know why :'D

Mr. Cheesy Very Gouda game! Simple, yes, but so enjoyable!

Tablet Force Myself? Not much of a Tablet-guy, really. Except you talk about this game here!

Tumbleweed Ye, I figure you probably already played it, but how would I not mention it in these little lists of mine?

This will probably be my last list of general recommendations for this Ludum Dare. I'm a bit disappointed in myself, as I was aiming to go for 46 highlighted games, but I guess 35 is a sensible compromise. Nonetheless, this was a great first experience!

I really didn't expect that great of a result! It's only my first gamejam after all!

Nah, jokes aside. Of course it hurt at first, but I think I can deal with it. I've gotten tremendous amounts of feedback that really helped me grasp what this "thing" of mine wants to be and where it might need some bit of aid, and honestly, the average rating really does mirror the problems and praise brought up to me.

I think tiriplici has a future. There's a lot to be done, but I can make it a fun experience, I may just need a bit more time, seeing how I'm only in the whole gamedev thing since this year, really.

But tiriplicis aside, the whole experience was wonderful! I remember being very bitter and unbelievably disappointed in myself for delivering the game in such an unfinished, really rough and ugly state, but people came by and praised me, showed me the potential of my game, pointed towards roadblocks, and I was so grateful for it that I started feedback sprees, trying to reproduce the positivity I was embraced with! (that often meant a lot of ":D"s and "<3"s. Mea culpa if I did that to you and you find that cringe. Oh also, I hope I didn't annoy you with my idea of "humour" or pretentious writing style D:)

Really loved the experience, and if I have something to regret it would be that I didn't find the time to play aall of the games.

Thank you all so much for dreaming, not just dreaming but creating!

HI!

A few years ago, I had an amazing Monster Collection and Battle Fangame I worked on in RPGMaker XP - that was before I could program, but I was still very proud of my accomplishments. The Lawyers™ came though, and this particular sphere was smashed up pretty badly.

I didn't release anything by that point, but of course I now had a doomed weekend project, which kind of made me angry, then sad, then made me realize I "simply" could work on my own world, which kind of led to me discovering Godot, learning to program, retraining from teacher to being a programmer and here I am now.

The graphical assets from that time are mostly useless without context (also I was even a worse artist back then lol), though the music kind of makes me happy to this day. For that reason I decided to give it to the world for free. Even did a little Player widget thingie with which you can preview each song before committing to a download o:
