Hello everyone!

We've made a new game, as usual focused on humour and very cartoony. Trying some different mechanics from our other LD games... since that is the spirit of LD right? suffering and learning :D
So, a lot went into audio, all the music bits are made by us, the voice acting, and every sprite. All and all, we're quite proud of it :)

Here's the link for webGL: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/39/chimster-gigafactory
and a warning: **All characters and pop culture references in this game are entirely fictional. All voices are impersonated… poorly. Any resemblance to existing games, shows, people, Lone Echo, or companies, is purely coincidental.
Hello! Thanks to all that have tried Chimster Gigafactory. We love the feedback you all have left.
We'd like to give another shout for our game, please try it and leave a comment so that we can play your game :)

Here are two examples of stories you might find in our game:

See you around! :)
Hello!
We've uploaded a video with a few of the shorts seen in our LD39 game as a trailer kind of thingy :)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqvpdwdV9D8
Hope you like it! Play Chimster Gigafactory for the rest of shorts, all of them done with love ♥(the whole game is not longer than 3 minutes): https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/39/chimster-gigafactory
Big Bug Games signing in. Hope we all have a great time, drink a lot of coffee, get a bit stressed, curse from time to time, eat tons of junk food, and learn a lot!
See you around :3
Hello!
After the deliver, a good night sleep and some time off the computer, it's time to play and rate :P For us this has been the first time we've done a game without Unity or any engine actually, it should run smooth on Chrome, but might not do so well on other explorers.
I encourage you to try our game and give us your honest opinion :)

Here's the link: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/40/grammar-dystopia
Remember when the future seemed bright and well animated like in Futurama? Well we've found out that that is not the case, a dystopia is in order and is going to mess up what you know about... about food and grammar I guess...
Play Grammar Dystopia and we'll probably be a little bit happier or a little less sad.
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/40/grammar-dystopia/
Hello! I can't post any pictures of the game without spoiling a good part of it. But I can recommend it! Specially since I'm part of the development team lol :D
Come on, when is the last time you made something grammar related? Probably in a long time! Besides, if you get stuck you can always type the cheatcode: "I give up" and jump straight to the next level. Hell, that's encouraging...
Anyway, try it out! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/40/grammar-dystopia

Thanks for the rating so far, we've reached 50 already which feels so good! Thanks to all the people who streamed themselves playing i too! It has been a lot of fun to see you guys enjoy the first impression and struggle with the puzzles
If you'd like to play our game but aren't much of a writing fan :pencil: , remember that you can always use the cheat-code that you'll find at the description.

Hello,
Just showing our game, it would be nice if we've got some more feedback. Also here are some animations :)

Thanks!
Hello!
I just wanted to share some more death animations (and the run cycle), because sharing is loving and loving is lovely.

I tried to put them all in the same line but I have no idea how to do that lol.
Anyway, this is our game: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/42/ode-to-resilience
We're trying to do something maybe too time consuming. No hint on the pic yet, but... hope we can see some overall results soon soon :)

But still no gameplay... the psychedelic "theme" starts to show though :)

Working on some abstract, because the greatest sacrifice is spending the night awake :D

This is what more than 8 hours looks like :D
Those are all the layers and frames seen at once for an effect that lasts about.... 1 second lol

Animating live but slow here: https://www.twitch.tv/xarras
There's no sacrifice without spirits.

It's always cool to share some idle animations :)

Currently stuck drawing wiggly mandalas. Have you ever drawn one? It's supposed to be relaxing, far from that, I'm about to shoot myself. The plan is to draw 3 frames for each ring to make it as wiggly as possible while ending in time for the jam.
Anyway join me anytime to keep me from falling asleep -.-

Still working on the mandala, it-s taking forever.
@Ionthas is fixing some bugs and adding the sun-dala. Already feeling the countdown pressure :o

Ok so to be clear, have you ever played a game like Proteus or Mountain? More of an interactive experience than a game? We kinda tried to do a similar thing... a place where you can relax and smoke whatever you'd like to smoke... just an audiovisual experience where you can participate a little bit... Well If you know what I'm talking about and you'd like to try our game we'd be most grateful to hear your feedback.
We'd like to keep developing it, still as an interactive experience, not as a game, no challenge, no win or lose condition, we'd like to develop a post-LD version with events and other stuff happening. We know it's not the typical thing in a game jam... but still looks like a cool plan for us. Give us your feedback if you're into this kind of stuff :)

Take some time out, chill and play a simple interactive experience. Then tell us what you think.
