Does anyone happen to know of a tool for timelapse captures on Gnome Wayland?

I plan to make a timelapse but I couldn't find a way to quietly take screenshots or record just occasional frames. I ended up using OBS, and now I have 4 gigabytes of recordings to process - much of it me mindlessly staring at the screen mind you.

I do kinda expect OBS to actually be the currently best option because of Wayland's security model, but figured I'd ask just in case.

Well I was so focus on my jam I didn't send any post ^^'

and the Finish line can be already seen! Still missing the Tutorial & the Endscreen on which I am working on.
