I'm in!
I started yesterday, just forgot to post this! At least it means you won't have to wait long to see my product, which as is typical of me, lacks gameplay but favours style :D

All that needs to be done on Pluto now is a bit of testing to determine the challenge and fix any design issues before Compo hand-in. :D
Hope everyone is enjoying the jam!
Did the raw submit without all the categories etc. that's possible now! Good thing that that was enabled, it's 23:34 where I'm at and it's a workin day tomorrow!
I'm fairly pleased at the result, since this is my first LD, and the second game jam/compo ever!
Check it out: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/small-planet
I decided to not go for sound effects/music, since I know I'm not going to be very good at it, and it would probably just detract from what so-far is a pretty good game, at least in my opinion. I was originally aiming for the Jam, but I've uploaded my source to Github, and it looks like I'm going for compo.
Four hours left until the end of the Сombo ... But in fact so much is not realized yet ...
I start to code in hard mode ...
But it looks beautiful =)

Hey can i get some help it's my first time and i don't know how i upload my game!
It's not as done as it could be, but it's as done as it's going to be :), Alone, a puzzle adventure game. The world is small. Shut up it's on theme.

Games submitted on the old site had thumbnails and could easily be navigated to via pagination. This new site has neither and it is very difficult to navigate using the MORE button. That is all.

hmmm looks good. See our artist make this even better at:

And we have popcorn!
After the end of the courtship, a young man sees his small inner world fall apart. If he does not find it his depression can consume it !!!!
Think it's time to call it, unless there is a chance to add more levels / music tracks.

Our world is struck by a Flood disaster!
Hurry up with that truck full of JetPacks to save the people!

Ok! Rather than make you wait any longer, since enough of the website is ready and can actually be used to handle submissions, we are going to go ahead and start accepting them.
Here is how to submit a game, in about 90 seconds.

With that in mind, I want to encourage you to come back tomorrow/whenever you've rested, and check to see what's been added, and tweak your pages accordingly.
You can upload images like this (uploads are currently limited to 4 MB):

The markdown parser we use is quite featured, so we'll take advantage of that to do our game pages for now. Here's an example you can use:

The source code looks like this.
```
Ludumdare.com is a ~~game~~ game jam website. It's pretty buggy, but we're working on it!
Feel free to do something like that.
The plan is to finish up the proper features, such as letting you edit your cover art, that you see on any of the game views (i.e. /games).
And just to be safe, lets say Judging will start on Wednesday. It may start sooner, but this time I'd rather you expect Wedensday and deliver on that more than 5 hours earlier. :wink:
(Oh gosh, just watch, it'll happen again... Hey wait, did I leave the mic on?)
Thanks everyone for your patience!
I'm exhausted and my game is crap.
@Greeny7 has made a post showing overall progress with a gif, so I will ramble a bit about my accomplishments today. A lot of things change during the process, because you can't see the elements together or in motion.
Meteors: while they didn't look like poo, as they turn out often, in the game they resembled cookies, lol. So I had to make them grey. And that was a good decision, because this color goes much better with the whole design.
Shooting star: when @Greeny7 made it rotate in the game, it looked really horrible. I made another version, which turned out much better, but not ideal.
The earlier version of explosion didn't survive, so showing you this final one.
Also, fancy little planets
I also made all the buttons.
But my real challenge for today was the soundtrack! ARGh, I'm so exhausted because of it. The first thing, that grinds my gears is software. I haven't found anything simple for the simple piano melody, so I had to use Fruity Loops demo. It brought us arguing whether it can or can not be used because of license. Then, I spent time trying to figure out how does this f*cker work, because too many functions for me and my simple aim. Ok, I started making the tune, which is really simple, because I have no knowledge in music at all. After FINALLY getting everything done, I realised, that you can't open the saved file again. And writing these words I also realised, that I'm an idiot! IDIOT! You can't open the file, but you can actually export the tune in wav or mp3, and I didn't check it! AAAAAAAAAAARGH! How I made it first? Recorded the music with my mobile phone! Well, yeah, it turned to sound a little vaporwave, lol, but tbh the quality is not good. Well, learning from your mistakes is a part of game development.
I finally have a bad guy:
I have a wee bit more tweaking to do with the game play, but I think I am almost ready to submit my entry... Contamination.
In the lab is a petri dish with an experiment. Protect the green cells from the red germs by shooting them. The scientist who is watching is coughing and sneezing on the petri dish, and this is causing more germs to invade the experiment. Look out for the Super Cell... you can pick that up and use it to wipe out all germs in the dish.
Progress was a lot slower than expected (it's always like that - isn't it?). Had to do some stuff for uni and will need to work on that tomorrow too. The first thing I will do in the morning is sort what is still left to do by priority because I sure need to cut some things. Wish me luck - I'll need it. Hope you finish in time!
