What an amazing weekend. After watching so many Ludum Dares via Twitch, and after doing the hobby Unity coding for the past 6 months or so, I decided to give this a shot. What an intense, frustrating, rewarding, challenging, creative experience.
I was able to complete my Jam entry in just over 48 hours (working tomorrow so this is it), and started two different games before deciding on the concept I finished the jam with. I knew I wanted something that incorporated outer-space, gravity, hooks/ropes, and worlds/planets.
There was so much learning that went on in order to code this game. From UI, joint physics, level design, etc. and I couldn't have done it without many great tutorials (i.e. @GamesPlusJames) and some great assets from the Unity Asset Store (i.e. Pixel Planets).
I'm really happy with what I was able to accomplish over the weekend, and hoping that everyone enjoys the game I made! Feedback is welcome, and I'm hoping to make some improvements in the future (so feel free to get specific). Stoked to try out all the games you guys made as well!
Cheers,
@Quoclon
