My First Jam
I've played alot of really fun submissions so far. The rating process is proving to be more fun than the jamming itself.
If you've missed it.. heres my funky game. Give it a go!

Have a good day!

Think you're brave enough to attempt the Labyrinth of Souls? Experience the terror for yourself in what one reviewer termed a AAA game (a lofty compliment for sure for this sole developer)! Try to rescue enough souls to free yourself from the labyrinth before the guardians lay claim to your soul.
I'm currently playing and rating games. If you play mine and leave some feedback, I'll do the same for you. I'm looking forward to reading your thoughts.
WARNING: This game may be too intense for some players. Attempt it at your own risk...

I'd like to fix a couple of minor/major errors and make some changes based on player input. I'm wondering about this considering the rules. I know the Jam is much lenient than the Compo but still. I did see somewhere I can keep polishing the game if I want but I'm not sure if that's after or before the "results" month.
I might upload a walkthrough video too after everything's said and done.
Although there is no PvP, you can still play online with others here: https://worldy.io/play
In the next few days I will put together a docker image for those who want to run the server locally.
By the way there is a "bug" where some of the mobs that you kill do not get removed from the canvas on the client. I might fix this, but for now just think of it as an extra challenge. If it is red and not moving, then it is dead. The blue mobs are harder to tell if they are dead, and the green mobs, which heal you, might have also been killed in the crossfire but still exist on the battlefield, so always look at your life (top left) to see if you are taking damage or getting healed.
Remember, waves come every 30-40 seconds, so all mobs respawn at that time. You do not want to be caught to close to a green mob getting heals when the bad mobs spawn in.
I've been sick the last two days due to the near constant streaming I was doing over the weekend during the compo, but getting the responses I've gotten to my own game as well as playing everyone else's game has been phenomenal and is making recovering a lot better. Thanks for being super awesome everyone. This was my first game jam, and I'll definitely be doing more of them thanks in part to the community!
We made a game called BATCLASH that's a fantasy beat em up that focuses on competitive coop!

Challenge a friend or play solo to try to beat the dev's high scores.

This is my entry for the 44th LudumDare - a procedural game without any sprite, physics or prefab because of the theme which I understand this way your life is CONcurrency. Take a look at the main page and try it if you dare. My dear friends I wish you the best. See you later ++
