Upon carefully reflecting on how much more enjoyable it is to play LD44 games in a browser window without having to do those pesky downloads, I decided to do a web build for Mr. Mewsifer's Malevolent Market! Turns out, it was easier than I thought.

I've known about PICO-8 for a while now, but ever since hearing about SCRIPT-8 at the beginning of LD44 (thanks for the tip, @panda!) I think I want to start looking further into this space.
With that, if anyone made their LD game on top of one of these fantasy-console platforms (there are quite a few now!), post it in the comments! I'd love it to give it a try as see what's possible, especially in a jam-context. Searching on itch.io, I was only able to find @linheha's entry under the fantasy-consoles tag, which actually looks pretty dope: https://lutopia.itch.io/blood-fighters. Hopefully there are others that just aren't tagged!

Underbreak is an Action/Shooter game with rogue-like mechanics, where you have to deal with demons on each level to improve your character (but at a cost : - )). More than 28 different runs !
As a newcomer in hell, you’ll try your way out of the underworld. Shoot the imps and get the keys to go higher and closer to the surface. But freedom has a price, and some pacts with demons will need to be signed…
Will you spend your life wisely enough to get through the circles of doom? Or die trying?

Hi! Here's some screenshot of the game, I made for Ludum Dare 44. It's a little RTS game where you play as alien (named worg) who need to conqueer a medieval fantasy world !

Imagine it, you go to the bar with your friends, you buy a beer, some time passes, the party begins to be boring, what to do to save it?
It is the perfect moment to take out the phone and start Bet Your Life and start the party again. It is a simple party game like Russian roulette, which we created on this Ludum Dare. First, see the teaser we've been creating and then play while having fun, leave reviews and judge.

This is my entry for the 44th LudumDare - a procedural SuperHexagon clone without any sprite, physics or prefab because of the theme which I understand this way your life is CONcurrency.
