Didn't had alot of time this Month. With Uni beginning and the Virus.
At least I could make an Game for LD46! Even though it's not really polished and pretty basic. I also didn't have that much time to play and rate Games :( But I want to change that this weekend :)
I'd appreciate it if you'd played my Game and rate it. https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/living-woods

First of all, thank you for all the feedbacks! We love all your support and wouldn`t be here without you!
It was unbelievable when we reached 50 reviews and when we "thanked" all of you for that, we reached 75 and now we are at 90 reviews!
We couldn't imagine that making such a silly game would be able to bring so much Tought and Joy!!
We did everything with love and made what we would think would be fun to play for a little bit of time and even with all of our game flaws, we could make a game that made a lot of you enjoy playing!
Thank you LUDUM DARE for making this an opportunity for all devs out there to kick start our lazy butts! XD
*Thank you @trexxak *for being so toughtfull!
Thank to all of you that came by and smiled with our silly dances!

In this puzzle game, you will learn how to get along with the peculiar rules of a mysterious island.
Music is the key!
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/to-Leave
https://5imon.itch.io/to-leave
In each level, you will have to find the 5 matching platforms and activate them. Then you will be able to gather what you need to get to the next day.
Here is the link to our game: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/keep-what-alive
- Keep What Alive - you have 5 days to survive, take care of your family or leave them rot to death, ask politely for food from your neighbor or just steal from them (without being shot), walk down a disease-stricken street and avoid those suspicious coughing lunatics... Or kill them with your hard-earned weapon. Regardless, who you choose to keep alive will lead to a different ending.
- You will experience some ambiguity playing our game at first, but still we want you to feel like you can do anything in that world we created. Thanks to those who have commented and let us know that there are still a lot of room for improvement. For others who haven't tried it out,, now is your best chance. Also give us the link to your game also!

Several people had the idea of making something based on Conway's game of life and I thought I'd briefly go through them. The Game of Life is a cellular automaton with very simple rules from which great complexity can arise. It was first studied by John Conway, a great mathematician who recently died of COVID-19. It was the least of his achievements.
Everybody took the idea in a different direction, making me think about the game of life in ways I hadn't before and my descriptions don't do them justice. I recommend trying out all of them.
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/conways-garden-of-life/ by @davidsheadgames asks you to plant and harvest fruit which will spread according to the rules of the Game of Life.
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/golkia/ by @szieberth-adam is a sandbox, implementing the vanilla game of life with no set objective. Uses GPU to run the simulation - very cool.
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/life-1/ by @pke1029 is a retro-style (TIC-80) game. It has a sandbox mode as well as a mode where you navigate the grid and shoot at an evolving pattern to remove cells and stop it reaching you.
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/game-of-life/ by @teo-miklethun is a very challenging puzzle game where you have to add/remove a minimal number of cells to reach a desired pattern.
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/life/ by @esenti feels like Space Invaders. Both the incoming bullets and the ones you fire are spaceships, patterns that move themselves across the grid.
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/life-42-cells by @kara challenges you to reach a state where 42 cells are enclosed in a very fast simulation.
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/life-alive by @claytonrumley is a multiplayer game where each player is a single cell that must move around and stay alive while the rest of the board follows the usual rules.
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/imojc/ by me is also multiplayer - live cells are coloured and the challenge is to survive by encouraging cells of your colour to spread across the grid while competing for space with other players.
If you know of any that I've missed, please tell me.
