I really hoped i would be in the compo not the jam for my first Ludum Dare, but due to timezones, i won’t be able to :/ i will do my best to be in the jam at least. And, can you vote on Jam games or only Compo?

Kongregate doesnt let me upload at all? the button after choosing the file is glitched! what do i do? please help!

I thought it was over for me this month because of different timezones, but i did my best and here we go, a ludum dare game!

When the theme was first announced, First thing that came into mind was caves. I was gonna make a normal platformer that happens to be in a cave, but then had the idea of falling rocks causing cave-in’s. It was going to have a waterfall that you climb (to fit in with the 1GAM April theme) but was soon changed due to multiple reasons.

Things that gone wrong / were supposed to be implented :

1- A proper use for the pickaxe (mine rocks for score, or use it to climb up)

2- difficulty ramping (The game is too easy)

3- Rocks’ speed, I accidentally made it slower to spawn than what i wanted, only noticed after publishing

4- Player’s jumps, raycast doesn’t work properly due to Polygon Colliders.

That’s it.. Did my best for the game and i am proud of the outcome!

It would have been another awesome and fun experience to join ludum Dare 30 but my laptop is dead, and I can do nothing about it, Good Luck everyone and do your best! 😀
