I'm Done! FINALLY!

After a rough start with this theme and a long night of sleep-deprived coding, I was finally able to submit my game 15min before the deadline 😮‍💨

I'm proud to present Skelemancy, a puzzle game where you play as a necromancer trying to strategically grow your army of skeletons.

Finally done! Made it just in time

The past few hours have been a crazy sprint to the finish line and at last, I made it just in time. I got my game nicely wrapped up, but I wish I'd had just a few more hours to make more levels for it. But I guess that's just how things are in game jams

Anyway, here is a small preview of my game, "Silky Slinger," a 2D platformer where you play as a spider slinging its way through different levels.

This time, I wanted to challenge myself by making a game that includes a physics-based rope swing mechanic and procedural animation of limbs with inverse kinematics, both of which I haven’t done before. It might not have been the best idea since I spent a significant amount of time getting these two features to work. On the other hand, I’m very proud of what I still managed to accomplish in these 72 hours. It’s been a lot of fun, but also very exhausting. I hope you all enjoy my game. Looking forward to playing everyone else’s entries once I got some sleep sweat_smile

My second LD entry - Silky Slinger

The past 3 days have been have been quite exhausting but also a lot of fun. There's nothing quite like the rush of getting your game ready before the deadline in those last few hours. In the end, it's always worth it though.

Now I can proudly present my submission for the jam: "Silky Slinger", a 2D platformer where you play as a tiny spider using its spider threads to swing through levels.

Finally Done!

I'm about to pass out from sleep deprivation so I'm keeping it short: I made a 1st person survival-horror game about using echolocation to find your way out of a dungeon. As you might be able to guess you are not alone in the maze... 👻

Feel free to check it out if you're interested. Any feedback is much appreciated 😊
