This is my first Ludum Dare experience. Currently, I'm solo. But I was hoping if I could work together with someone else for doing arts.

Ok, there's only less than 7 hours before the jam started. I need someone who is really good in making pixel arts. If you're interested, hit me up in Discord TheGamer#0309. I am a sole programmer using Construct, which is easy and quick to program, especially when it is only in 72 hours.

So, "Stuck in a Loop" is an interesting idea. I have two ideas in my mind. The first idea is when I found a game on Steam called "Escape the Loop" where the player is stuck in a time loop, repeating its life over and over again for 5 minutes or when they die. The second idea is a game where the game revolves on programming, using the for and while loop and the player must find a solution to end that loop. In the end, I decided to go with the first idea with the game mechanic, restarting the game all over in every certain amount of time. Seems like Groundhog Day, but it's what I got.

Alright, so I decided to think up of a better idea and I remembered of an old game that I have ever played, "Give Up!", a simple flash platformer game where the player must reach to the exit, avoid death and obstacles that prevent the player to give up. The player is just stuck in a loop, but the only update is the obstacles and how hard the level is. If the player is tired enough of this game, he can just give up and the game ends. However, in my case, I decided to create a story where the player is stuck in a loop, a loop of games where the games are following the theme. I've finished making the first 10 levels of this, hopefully I can manage to finish this in 60 hours.

I had an idea of making a mobile endless platformer game. The game's goal is the player has to down and not die. We've seen games going up, but not down. So, why not experiment by going down instead? Let's hope I can finish this on either 2 days or 3 days.

Yep, the game is called Stranded. It's been a long time since I've done a stressful short game jam and here I am back with a new game. To be honest, it's quite good and impressive in my opinion. It's not perfect, but it's solid great. My friend made most of the art, but I did the programming and the sound design. Come and play it! :smile:

I joined a game jam this month and just submitted it 12 hours after this jam started. Resting for another 6 hours, I'm not prepared for the Ludum Dare. I'll see you all in 2 days and 6 hours!

I haven't joined Ludum Dare for a long time, so it's time for a comeback! Any ideas? Not yet and 6 hours has passed. Hope I have one in 3 hours...

I don't know if I'll make it with less than 24 hours left. Going solo with most of the development is tiring. But these are what I got for now...

Final 3 hours and this is my progress. Can I actually submit before the deadline? There's not even audio included yet!

I'm gonna add audio in the game and other stuff, but it will be the same day as when the Jam ended. I'm not going to leave this game unsubmitted.

Also I got too tired of staying up all night just to work on this game so let me rest for a couple of hours

I don't believe that my game is really good like any other games, but I just want to know what you guys think of it. For about four days, I've developed this game all by myself. The only one who assist me with making the game is a friend of mine for the demons in the final end. (Small spoiler)
