I’m in.
“But Buford, you only got one shot with that gun!”
“I only need one.”

Balloons. And controlling the molecules that make up the gas inside balloons.
Might be balloon shapes too.
I can make a mean balloon dog.
Well, I mean, “mean” as in “pretty rad” or “received well by a democratically elected panel of trusted peers”.
Not that the dog itself is “mean” as in “bite your face off because I stubbed my paw on a LEGO brick.”
Because I wouldn’t want to make mean dogs.
[Using: FLASH CS3 and Actionscript 2. Might be an audio program as well if I can remember what it was called.]
I didn’t finish last year. Realised that making Faster-Than-Light with balloons was a little beyond my programming prowess.
So I’ll try out Gamemaker and we’ll see what can be done with it.
Good luck all. (^-^ )b
Good luck to everyone!
Especially me!

Happy with the result. Tried not to do anything too big and ended up with a finished result, a vast improvement from my last two attempts.
Would have preferred to have figured out how to get the game available online (and more cat) but that’s for another day. Hope you all enjoyed it and good luck to those still chugging at the jam!

Forgot to do my “I’m in!” post, so…
I’m in!
The theme fits an old concept I made in college about a classic JRPG system where characters do not fight with swords or spells but with insults and compliments: currently titled “Dark Words and Discourse”. I was intending to use Unity for this jam, but I think the project would work better in either Twine, with which I am more familiar with, or RPG Maker, which I am not. Will dabble in both and see what comes up.
Good luck everyone! (^-^ )b
Late to the party, but here we go. Using Unity, Blender, Photoshop and Bosca Ceoil, let’s see if we can finish a game this time.
Good luck, all! (^-^ )b
Hey all. I'm Roy and I'm working on Cute Factories with my wife Sarah and our fried Akos, who are both fancy wizard programmers gnarling on about "resource entries" and "bump lists" and other arcane crimes.
I've been waiting for this day so that I can put my newly acquired Blender skills to use. My first priority is speed. And here's what I've got since starting work at 11am. We have conveyor belts feeding items into factories to produce goal targets.
Hope you all are doing well on your own projects! Good luck!
