I will use C++ and SFML with CodeBlocks.
Good luck everyone.
Hello. I decided to join this Ludum Dare. I will use SFML 2.0 and submit as Jam. 馃榾
Last Ludum Dare, i tried to do something but i didnt have the time to programm it.
Now i am back with an engine, not finish yet. I would like to finish and make a good doc and website for this engine. However,聽 source will be included ( as ugly and undocummented as they are).
Just a little post to indicate that the theme was not inspiring at all for me. I just give in, with nothing to show.
Good luck with your game. 馃榾
I am in with Haxe Flixel. 馃榾 Good luck everyone.
I am in as a jam participant.聽
Using my own game maker : https://xotraz.itch.io/le-livre-dont-vous-tes-le-crateur for Game Book. Sorry it’s written in French and there is little explanation about it (but it’s open source).
I have done improvement so it can display image and play song.
All graphics are from open source work聽 as are all songs.
The first day I was loosing time doing a gamebook based on ancient civilization. Luckily a cool guy at a stream (I am very productive you know) told me it was about ancient technology.
I tried to make a fake calculator based on ancient number representation. It was fun, and not so hard, so here I am. I finished another ludum dare 3 years after the first one. 馃榾
It's been years since I liked a theme. Since I am not a student anymore but a PHD student I have all my weekend. I am so excited to do some game containing AI/evolution and stuff like that.
Good luck to everyone. :)
It has been 5 years, but I managed to participate to a Ludum Dare events, thanks to a week away from work!
My game, Metric Relay,is a puzzle game inspired by the concept of metric dimension from graph theory.

At this point, it is a running gag that I am just turning whatever research work I have done (or rather tried to do :stuckouttongueclosedeyes: ) into a video game.
I have already done compilation and graph theory, next I wonder what it will be.
I was too focused on the game to post anything, but thanks to everyone who shared their tribulation.
Have a good rest!
