I have attempted to participate in game jams over the past several years, and I’ve wanted to be in a LD for well over a decade, yet never could focus. I am hoping this time will be different.
(Btw, I posted this an hour ago, but it somehow ended up on my game's page, instead of on the main feed...)
Last year, during the April Jam, I joined for the first time with the Godot engine, and made my first ever game with it for the jam. Well, a year later, I've gained a ton more experience with the engine, and I'm hoping that I can make something better than last year! So, I'm in!

Out of the 47 past themes, which one was your favorite?
Let’s all party because we have 30 minutes of anticipation left. god it feels like new years what the heck
this will be my 16th LD!
might switch things up and use rust + bevy instead of unity, hope i have a good time :]
My first time in LD~ About half an hour to go, very excited!! May fail the jam but I WILL finish what I want. Hoping everyone enjoy the jam and finish their games~~ Looking forward to have fun with your masterpiece!! :P
This'll be our 11th LD for myself and @linear as developers/artists, The 8th one we'll have done with @thomas-kresge as musician, and 6th one with @angiekatneko.
We'll be working with:
We're working with a lot of tech:
Within Unity we're starting with a base "data" scriptable objects package we've created as well as a geometry intersection tool we wrote called Poseidon that will hopefully help us make levels.
How could I possibly miss LD48 48? I'm in for the compo! First time in a couple of years.
First jam with Godot+C#, RIP my old Kotlin+LibGDX setup. I've never published anything with Godot, so here goes nothing! Feeling decently comfortable at least.
To follow the rules to a T, declaring this simple math/util class as "private" prior code on top of the base Godot stuff. =) https://gist.github.com/JustinMullin/5853bf1f51074a9ba6351463615d3402
I forgot LD48 was this weekend until I got a half-hour calendar alert just now. Whoops! I had been anticipating a boring weekend, but now I get to spend the next few days doing one of my favorite things with a great community! Good luck with your ideas everyone

LET THE GAMES BEGIN
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!
6th one for me. Hopefully it will be my third one that I complete.
Been a couple years since I attempted LD48. I'll be reusing the same framework as I did for Ludum Dare 30 (https://www.piratehearts.com/files/LD48Base.zip). Let's do this!
My teenage children have decided to help me on another LD game jam. This will be their second jam.
With just under a quarter hour remaining, I wish everyone participating a successful jam.
May your games be fun and your experience enjoyable!
LET'S GO!
I'm in! Gonna use Pico-8 and... Probably nothing else at all! Let's hope for an inspiring theme!
Second LD I've participated in, hoping to finish something this time around!
I'm gonna use basic shapes so I don't have to make any art
