The Jam is close to the end, and there are some great games that for some reason are in danger, meaning they received less than 20 ratings. You can help these games, by going to the danger zone (click here to see the games) and playing these games and rating them. It will mean a lot for these developers. We could all use some extra push sometimes, right?
These are some of my favorite ones:

Squeeeee! This is a very cute game, with the most cute horse ever. The pixel art is well done, and the soundtrack and effects too.

Ludens Fortuna is a card game I've been playing as an idle game and to relax. It's a simple concept, but it delivered it extremely well!

Lovely game about a cute druid that needs to make the land fertile and restore a forest. What's not to like about that?

A game with a premise around societal collapse with quotes from Jared Diamond and Joseph Tainter?!? Here, have my heart  In this amazing game with a beautiful soundtrack you need to expand a civilization with the awareness you have limited resources.
Now go play them and other games that need our help!
:seedling: :green_heart:
:sos: Is your game in need of support? Comment here so we can play it! :sos:

i don't usually like to post my games on the feed but i'm hurtin' for ratings here!
consider playing (and hopefully enjoying) Doc. Noggin here!
thanks!

If you're pressed for time and are only rating <20 games, feel free to ignore this post, but as we make our way to the end of the judging period, we'd like it if more people gave our game a try. We have a boatload of good feedback to work through for the 2.0 release, but the best way to make a game as good as possible is to hear many critiques and opinions about it, so we'd appreciate your feedback!

it's a simple game with a not-so-simple (it's still pretty simple) control scheme
i had a really busy weekend okay
https://youtu.be/ewk9gy1UHwU
anyways post your scores at DISCONNECTION BRIDGE
I will be accepting submissions, with preference given to games that haven't hit 20 ratings! Come watch at https://www.twitch.tv/nardandas20
It'd be a shame to have these games lose their chance at a rating with all of the work that went into them, so I'd like to give them one more shoutout!
(if I played your danger-zone game and forgot to link it, I apologize-- link it below and I'll edit it in!)
Update:
Congratulations to the Crysterra, Osaka USA, Wayward Warlock, and Gecko's Chronicles teams for getting over the danger line! There's still a few more titles that need help, though!
| Game | Link | Title and Creator | Description |
|-----------|
|
| https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/crysterra | Crysterra by @ciaranw and @teto | Crysterra is a turn based defense strategy game where the world warps and shifts as you play. Keep your crystal stable, despite its best efforts! There's some highly ambitious and interesting gameplay mechanics for show here. |
|
| https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/osaka-usa | Osaka, USA by @crashmusashi, @olima, and @moritz-jaeger | A promising prototype for a Crazy Taxi successor. Somebody's gotta deliver all this ramen while it's still hot! There's potential here for a fantastic arcade game. |
|
|https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/geckos-chronicles-the-miserable-men|Gecko's Chronicles: The Miserable Men by @justmars, @jokku, @eleeve, @happytomato, and @raffe | A story-based 3D platformer entirely set in photoscanned and distorted environments. The unique approach to level design alone makes this game worth a look. |
|
|https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/balancing-act |Balancing Act by @Madbeagle|A Tetris-esque casual game where your goal is to keep the system balanced by value. Placement is important! (not to be confused with BALANCING ACT, our own submission :joy: )|
|
|https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/wayward-warlock|Wayward Warlock by @reya-wallace, @sabrina-palmer, @stupatchap, and @bradjste | An open environment where you collect elements to boost your potions' potency. |
|https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/wobbly-pagoda|Wobbly Pagoda by @clickmark-ryan and @ramble-house-games|A 2D platformer where a disciplined use of shurikens are your only hope of climbing a shaking tower of invasive foxes. If you have just a little more time after playing these games, we'd definitely appreciate your feedback on our own title (no pressure, we're well over 20 votes now):

"what abominations you have created!" - shootbots
"Whatever horror I just experienced will stay with me in my psyche for decades to come." - datadazer
"Seriously chaotic, horrific and wonderful all at the same time!" - CandleBird
"Can’t tell if I’m more disturbed by the game or the fact that I enjoyed the disturbing game…" - Teto
"Weird" - jk5000

I have gazed into the abyss, and it has gazed also into me. No regrets. Eldritch Horse has a web build and you can find it here! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/eldritch-horse
I would be grateful. Thanks in advance. https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/zandaka
I tried out GameMaker Studio since it was free to export for the event and made a game I'm quite proud of, especially for the compo. Here's my video on it!

Please rate my game, I'm not a fan of being in the danger zone

Leave a link and I will 1000% play it
I would like to say sorry for taking so long with this, and thank you to all the streamers who played The Door of Illusions! Check out their streams at the link below!
What lies behind that mysterious Door of Illusions anyway? Play the game and find out!

I involve my family in LD rather frequently. In fact this particular tester had an entry in LD48! She wanted to play through my game, she got rather frustrated. However, she stuck through to the end and cleared the game despite my many many offers for level skips. It was an animated play session and so I decided to put together a highlight reel of incredibly random insults flung at T-712. (With permission of course.)

Hey everyone, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to play a lot of games this jam (due to work) so I'm still missing 5 ratings to go.
Can you help me to get there? If you want to take your time to play my game, of course!
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/feed-the-queen
Thank you!
Back at it, we weren't quite satisfied with the state of the game we released for this LD. So... We decided to remake it ! And so we did, for the last few weeks. New visuals, new level design, some balance and rework on a few mechanics and a simple tutorial, a whole new tower to your arsenal...Even a boss ? Come and play to see by yourself !
It still isn't perfect, but we came to a realization. It would need hell of a lot of work to reach a state at which we would be satisfied.
So here it is, ReVolt 2.0 ! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/49/revolt

Had a great time playing entries and hope to play more next jam! Here's a short-ish collection of funny/impressive/entertaining moments from my streams:
