Well, this isn't going as well as I'd hoped it would, I'm really hoping tomorrow will be more productive than today was. Still, I at least have something that can be wrapped up and submitted, so I'm not doing THAT badly.
I do have a very unstable tower after all.
I'm still not used to showing people my work in progress, so I don't even know what I should put in this post, but oh well.
Now i have ~2-3 hrs to do audio then 1 hour to do building and uploading.

Hello peeps!
Mr Fungi is now playable :) We botched the theme a 100% on this jam, but had an absolute blast making the game!
Find it at https://redpentagram.itch.io/mr-fungi

with the help of shader magic this is slowly becoming my best looking (even non-jam) game:

I dont even know if particles would make it better - maybe its better to focus on bugs and menu (and audio! it always comes short for me)
It's the final hours of the compo and less than 28 hours left in the jam.
So far I have be able to put about 2 hours of effort into the gamejam. Clearly this is not much time to make something playable, and unfortunately it is unlikely I will have any time tomorrow to work on this again.
In any case, the game idea is a 3d builder game with physics simulations where the player can create a mold and then pour liquid into their mold to create a cast. Then the idea is that they break the cast out of the mold and use it to solve a puzzle.
It's challenging enough to mean that I would need a couple of days at it to get a prototype/jam-game to work okay. I guess I could have made a physics-based block stacking game or something for the theme instead, but sure look, I would be motivated to pursue making this more challenging game concept well after the jam is over.
Best of luck folks! Maybe I'll have a better shot at things next jam (and feel better too!)

Needed a break from all the spaghetti code I've written, so decided to take some time and polish up the ui.
I think it's really starting to look good, as far as my usual programmer art is concerned...

A little picture of us, after a long and fun weekend working on GLITCHERZ game. Thx Xo Xo Love u guys <3

That's a work in progress of my Ludum Dare 49 game, I found this funny and decided to share with y'all.

What a crazy weekend!

Didn't have as munch time this weekend to work as I hoped but going to have something short but playable.
* Task List * - Learn how to make 3d Apartment in Unity - Done - Figure out how to do interactable Objects - Done - Title Screen - Done - Programming Mini Game - In progess - Horror Elements - To Done - Endings - To Do
The game is completed. I'll have to make separate desktop and web versions because apparently HTML5 doesn't support some of the effects I used. I'm doing some last minute testing right now, but once I'm done with that, I'll submit it for the compo.

EDIT: I guess Clickteam Fusion hates me so no web version. Windows only. Sorry!
A good time to start working on art
3 hours to go, you all got this! I'm in for the jam, the finish line is in sight for us all. gl!
Jingoku is minigame-driven-physics-driven Jenga! Here's what it's looking like so far:

Less than three hours left, I don't have time to do something smart like make a couple rewrites to compare angle differences with absolute values without making a triple-expressed comparison.
Our game is severely lacking in environment art and a gameplay loop, but we're doing our best!
The Hyperatlantic is live, making our take on a coffee shop with a broken AC and some very unstable tempers.
