Hi everybody I have finished my game. This is my first jam so the game might seem boring but I think it'll be alright. Download Link:https://www.mediafire.com/?dvt7l4y9bnvzvev
few hours too late
Unity
Substance Suite
Maya LT
I think I lost sight of what I was making. Doubt I'll finish before the deadline.

Done with night mode, characters. next step-working on splash screen, animations and UI

Not my first Ludum Dare, but before I always have someone talented for graphics in my team and I focused on programming. This time I had to create all the graphics by myself. But I think it's not that bad...

The wind areas now have their final (?) visualization and the input handling is vastly improved as well. You can no longer launch the ship in any direction as often as you want. Instead there is a five second recharge time which is displayed on the ring around the ship when you hover the mouse over it.

I think that's all the time I have to spend on mechanics. Here's a video showing the new systems in action:

Right, now about that level design...
All plants now have a description which are shown in the plant-o-pedia. Unknown plants have a shorter description which will hint on how to create the plant. :rose:

I've been hard at work on my game - The 3 1/2 Seas.

It's an exploration digital boardgame, pretty much. The idea is that you spend 'Telescopes' to draw new tiles each Turn. A Turn is a single Month in game terms, and you may only explore once per month.

In addition, you have the option to move your little boat, which the amount it moves depends on the windspeed, and perhaps some upgrades to your boat (sails, crew size, [Scope Control Warning]). If you move next to an island, you'll be able to make port to trade, upgrade your ship, or hire crew... and also buy more Telescope Tokens to do more explorin'

The game is over when every square has been explored by a single explorer. Each square uniquely explored earns Favor, the 'complete' explorer gets a bonus, and then there'll be bonuses for other TBA bonus goals (such as most crew / gold).
I've got plans for a bit of a 'colony management' element, but again, I am so dangerously going to blow scope.
You can catch me working on it the majority of the time on twitch!
Or follow along on Twitter!
Just talking over character appearance. What do you guys think?

I have been doing MATH on very little sleep to balance my games world creation system. Thanks to Shawty and The Creed for helping.
LOTS more to do like... Music, Animation, Intro, instructions, endings, hud game logo... GAME NAME?!?! aaaah!
Having fun though :D

I don't know how exactly how to submit my game..? Is there a page where i can do so, or just make a blog post with all the infos?
