Want something short for in between to bigger games.
Try While Loops and bring back long forgotten Windows 2000 memories and coding frustration.

So let me brag my previous win on a month-long game jam. It's not LD, but at least it's a jam. Also I need those juice Youtube views! lol https://youtu.be/79sUI4DiGO8

This will be one of my last posts about the game, but I would really appreciate anyone who hasn't tried it yet to play and rate it.

yes, that's the web version of my game running on an iphone without any modification

I build the project to target Android now, so if you want to try it on mobile go ahead and check it out! it works pretty good with the touch controls.
Part two of the LDJAM game test/rate stream is on now!
If you want some feedback or just want to hang out, you can watch me here.
Starting to get back into a rhythm after Ludum Dare now, slowly recovering! I'll have to start looking at what everyone has been created this weekend :)
Here's a short video clip of plane crashes in my LD47 entry Looper Cooper

Hey guys, so I worked on Phil Alone on the Ludum Dare 47 and I send it to Marc to play it, he gave me a lot of good feedbacks!
If you wanna your game to be played by a cool guy and streamer send it to him!
Here is his twitch stream page: https://www.twitch.tv/marcmagus
And play my game and rate it too, if you want me to see your game, send it in this post!

Loopy Dungeon is a tower defense where the path you take at the beginning of each wave is the path you will be on for the rest of that wave!

I have a feeling that very few people will make it even half way through a level-progression type of game. I recently played through another level-based game that was extremely well done, only to find that only 2 other people have completed it besides myself from the leaderboards. And let's be honest, there's going to be hardly any more traffic 3 days after the jam ends.
Based on feedback on my game, it seems like very few people even made it half-way (5 levels, around 10-15 minutes to beat). This leads me to think it will be much better to just have an "arena" type of game where you can explore and progress within one area, maybe competing for a high score, without any levels or different environments.
What are your thoughts on this?
The first test was a ground breaking success.
Yet it was a bumpy road to the build submitted close to the jam upload deadline.
However, I managed to get quite a lot of features in there: - Instancing of the player - Arm controls with mouse and keyboard - Selfs replicating by combining broken pieces - Items: Gun and Shield for any of yourselfs to pick up and use - A enemy monster with basic movement - Fireballs that you have to dodge with all yourselfs - Timed bombs that any of yourselfs can grab and throw in the hole or at the enemy

It's very satisfying to have people surpass what you thought was possible in your own game! I am nowhere near this good - I'm more than happy to get under 1m15s!
Think you can do better? Let me know how you do! WebGL build now fully functional!

Hello there! We've uploaded some screenshots to our game's page for those who didn't manage to find some beautiful (in our opinion) items throughout the maze. Good luck! :smiley_cat:

I'm really surprised this is actually working - an iPhone 6S at a stable 60fps, with a couple of hundred bullets on screen. Now time to push it and see how much I can get away with :joy:
(you should definitely play the jam version)

Heres a little sneak peak at behind the scenes of how we built some physics based tentacles under time pressure for out game Sushi Ink

We also worked on some in editor tools to help us quickly generate tentacles of different lengths (which is what makes level 2 so much harder than 1).
You can see i built the tool late on day one when the delirium had set in!

If you want to see it in all its wiggly glory try Sushi Ink out here :)
