You’re an adventurer which is stuck in a magic ball, and try to escape all floors of the tower.
Good luck, adventurer.https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/the-cursed-tower

Thanks to everyone who tried our game and give helpful feedback!
We are working on a post-jam version of "Never Gonna Lose Again" with some adjustments, a halloween theme new area and 2 new weapons.

You can play our jam version here:

So last week was super busy so I didn't get around to playing a lot of games yet. Luckily there is stil 10 days to go.
Leave a comment with your game and me and my team will play it :D!
Our game also still needs a couple of votes/plays to see our score so if you are interested you can find our wacky little egg laying extravaganza right here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/broodmother

Another reminder that Tech Valley Game Space will be live-streaming ourselves playing Ludum Dare games, starting today, October 17th, from 5 - 7 PM EST on twitch.tv/techvalleygamespace and youtube.com/c/techvalleygamespace. We'll be streaming again on the 24th at the same time as well.
To have your game in consideration for playing and judging, you can sign up on this form: forms.gle/kbUdacxVfnVaGrq17
As the form states, we do enforce a Code of Conduct in our live-streams. As such, we do reserve the right to cancel streaming and rating a game for any reason.
Hope to check out your games soon!
ETA: last stream's recording is available below https://youtu.be/Ck6Q4MK7Xcw
Thanks so much for the helpful feedback on my game Clockwork! I only need two more ratings to reach 20 ratings. If you could play and rate my game that would be super helpful, thanks! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/clockwork
Hello stranger, I don't have time to play your games, although I tried as hard as I can. I would really want to get 20 to actually have some results, so please if you feel generous download my game.

Need some ratings! Thanks! Play here

DIFFERENT game. ORIGINAL gameplay. "100% recommend this!"

It's a fairly novel peaceful puzzle game, were you try to make the polymerase, stuck in the cyclic loop, to pass over the wanted sequence in order. You do this by reorganizing the nucleotide links. It's a bit tricky, but offers a decent challenge.
I feel the game is at its best when aiming for highscore, so I'm giving one!

My highscore is still 9. :confetti_ball:
But It's been Tied by @moski: 9
and Crushed by @jorgegamedev at 16! (With proof in comments!)
On that note, I cant help but give a shoutout and recommend their great game: Woofice Chair!
I feel great that that people were able to rise up to the challenge, and now I have to step my game up! (But I dont think I can ever beat 16, thats some real talent right there.)
Also, following a lot of feedback I added a tutorial page, as simple as it seemed, many (most?) had a hard time grasping how the game works. I hope this helps!
Give it a try, try to beat it, I'm clearly not the best at my own game but I'm curious how others will do!

Let me know what you think!
Thank you!!

If you’re interested, check it out here! The game is available for web browser and Windows. Enjoy! (I'll play and rate other games too).

Thanks for playing!
So I solo-made this little 2D frenetic circular platformer called ‘Counterclockwise’ for this edition and it’s playable in HTML. Check it out, just 10 more days left to vote!

Write your game's link here so I can play it!

Another weekend, another recommendations video!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zc-WlYbtEQ8
Feel free to use following timecodes to skip to a certain part of the video, or viceversa, find the link to a corresponding game you really liked down below :D

I'm in two minds about doing these in video. On the one hand, it does take way less space away from the ludum dare feed while (hopefully) being more accessible, which I like a lot, on the other hand it takes away a lot more time from my day that could be used to test more games. Let me know if you'd rather see these personal recommendations in text or video, and as always, I'm always open to look at even more games!
Have a wonderful weekend u_u
If you’re interested in more great games I found, do take a look at my previous highlights
The post-jam version of in. loop. out. has been released! All feedback from the game jam version was considered and their names/handles have been put in the credits.
The game didn't get much bigger but it's certainly more polished and well thought out. Here are some screenshots:

You can play the full game HERE
And you can play and rate the game jam version HERE
I'm grateful for whoever plays it! :)
