Progress Thus Far
Fight off the grim reaper by matching squares! But watch out, every match leaves behind a bad block that when matched, hurts a lot. I've got four levels and a story, now I just need to polish, polish, polish!

I remember in history class I was always thought that even humans traded in objects instead of money. I guess they're kind of the same thing?

Getting close... Most of the actors are done, including the boss - the evil Dr. Schmutzengrueber (Though he really stays in place and you gotta toss stuff on his head). I just have 2 more complex enemies to code, and then I can implement the enemies for the different levels (which are otherwise all done, complete with player mechanics!)
I think this one is gonna be pretty decent

Heyho
Everyone on our team is working hard on all the different graphics and features.
@hacktier has just finished animating or lovely fox player-model. It now can jump, idle, land and everything in between:

@mk-awesome is designing our late-game stage. At total our game will have 3 stages: Forest (which is finished), sky (also finished) and space (which is currently in progress). He designed a lot of awesome looking planets and stuff:

Meanwhile I am working on the last game logic steps. We have finished the whole core-game-loop and are now working on some additional stuff, including controller support, pause menu and implementing the animations from @hacktier:

I've finally finished my jam game. You can check it out in https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/50/not-enough-time-the-game.
It's like a shooter game. But instead of killing monsters and finishing levels, you have to kill monsters to survive before time runs out!
I have finally worked out the plot of my game. Go me.
I'm still a beginner to gamedev, so even though I would have liked to challenge myself I ended up with a much more basic idea with not much substance to it. My game is called CliffCart: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/50/cliffcart

I'm still happy that I managed to finish it and share, mostly because I'm so bad at actually getting things done, I hope at least some people enjoy it!

...this way comes! Spent the last couple of hours working on this title screen, and I'm surprisingly satisfied with it.
We're entirely too ambitious in our plans as always, but so far it's been smooth sailing.
Pretty much feature complete, doing second passes of all the art :)

Hello everyone. This is my entry for the 50th LudumDare session. A few hours before starting, my computer let me down. I used an old laptop to participate at this event, but you can imagine that it was not really easy for me. For this reason, I did a simple casual game in which you control a bullet in an infinite loop trying to avoid other sprites - but the end is just inevitable. There is a leaderboard on-line in order to save your best score. Not my best entry, but without my computer, I can’t do my best. However I had fun developing it. Code source available. Have fun ++

Unfortunately we had a full day of no work due to me having to do a CPR course, so we're a bit behind. Good thing we work all speedy like~

work in 3 step :
soon we will post some gameplay stay tune !!
Hopefully arriving within the next 8 hours.

Hi everybody! First thing, good luck to all the people that have joined the compo, I hope the last hours will go smoothly for you. I can't wait to play your games.
Let's talk about our little game.

Well, it's almost a game. Everything still need a lot more polish, but things seems to be working quite well. Tomorrow, we'll had a lot of improvements on the UI, some animations, sound FX and music. Vaste programme.
For this evening, we plan to do two simple tasks: - First, drink a coffee. Our brains really could use some caffeine. - Try to implement a little thing : an economy.
What's a city builder without some kind of economy? A landscape planner, I guess. Well, we got a landscape planner right now, but we want a city builder! The good thing is that I wrote a set of rules that could work well with our game. The bad thing is we'll need to do a lot of testing to adjust the rules. In a way, it's going to be fun (I hope!).
As usual, a photo of our meal:

Hope everything is going nicely for you all, and don't forget to make some breaks, and to have some fun. That's the most important thing during this event.
My First Pos!
This is my first ludumdare and I really like the atmosphere in the community!
So basically the game is about catching your phone, but there is a loooooog way to go!
