Did anyone remaster their game from LD #27?

By the time I thought to do this, was already too committed to my project. I was 16 years old when I made this! https://web.archive.org/web/20210225225558/http://ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-27/?action=preview&uid=24715

Can you beat all levels?

At the beginning of the jam, we had no idea what game to make, and as another hour was passing, we decided to focus on quick and simple puzzles.

As it turned out later, they were not that simple.

We are happy that we managed to create this game, but most importantly, looking at how others play it, we see how small details in the design of puzzles can confuse peoples.

Creating this game was a really valuable lesson.

If you want, try to take the challenge and write in the comment where you managed to get. https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/51/whats-the-rules

Of course, please leave a link to your games as well so we can see what you have created during this event and write what lessons have you learned from this jam.

Can you make the best score?

Hello, this is my first participation in the Ludum Dare.

I hope you'll like our game, it's really quick to play and you can try it in the navigator.

You have to Smash 4th-dimensional objects by entering codes with your keyboard, it's very frenetic and fun!

Don't hesitate to put your score in the comments I would really like to know the score you can get.

Can YOU figure out what our theme is about?

If there is one thing we are proud of, it is the way we interpreted this otherwise restrictive theme, in this otherwise unpolished escape room game.

The bad news is that the theme interpretation is a side puzzle itself. The thing that is going on is not what appears to be going on. I mean just look at that table clock. And judging by comments so far, the players are not figuring it out

So without revealing too much (though at the same time doing just that) here are the two tips for those bold enough to try: - There are areas of the screen other than the middle - Some items can be clicked twice (though only consecutively) as hinted by tooltip text. So "look" is sometimes followed by a different action.

So if you'd like some challenge give us a visit, I always return favor for honest feedback given.

Playthrough Video of Beardadette!

Title_Text.png

As Unreal Engine developers, we know sometimes people can only play HTML5 / Web games! So we created a quick playthrough video to showcase the game! This does include SPOILERS, so we recommend figuring out the puzzles yourself! You can find the game here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/51/beardadette-and-the-eternal-hiccup

Do you like card games? Then try this one!

Carddown! is a card game where you can play as many cards as you want but your turn ends every 10 seconds or when an enemy dies.

Try it here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/51/carddown

Slayer Beats, Big Bug

The version in the site lundum is unplayable, use the itch.io game !! 5 minutes to the end, we released the wrong build. But impossible to change ! So, we put him on itch.io (and correct a litle bug at the same)

THIS IS THE GAME MADE IN TIME, JUST A PROBLEM WITH THE SITE !

Are we learning yet?

I need to get better at reminding myself how much you playtest your game during development. This time, I set the rating score way too high. I just witnessed a player reach B- and that seems to be a great score. There is a secret score above A+ that you can get, but I don´t think everyone ever will =) Play for yourself to find out on https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/51/satellite-commander
