It still doesn't take much for me start humming the Portal song to myself.

A little guy to borrow so many large panties!

Super excited to show you my progress! It doesn't look like a lot right now (don't have any sprites included yet lol) but that's just because I got the scaffolding in place. Now I can get into the meat and potatoes of my game. (It's going to be super simple)
I'm using my Aftershock software renderer this time, which I've been tweaking alongside the game to streamline its use. I'm hoping making a game using it will make it better than ever and practice my skills as a developer. Very proud :)
I'm able to use Macroquad to draw the resulting image to a WebGL canvas, but since it's software rendered you can forgo Macroquad and use something else entirely. I'm hoping to make future games with this so my games can run on lower end hardware and live longer over the years.

I knew a little bit about programming and some engines but it's the first time I'm going to make a full game (which I reach with 48 hours).

What a blessing I don't have to worry about so many elements of game-making! Really, a ton of respect to those that sit about all day at their PC to do anything and everything.
I am just thankful I am halfway with the story. I might have forgotten the more branches you nake, the more time a text adventure will take not only to make (plus complicated) but also to play. Best I don't make peeps feel like they have to read a book. I hope it is interesting enough to play a few times to see enough.
Anyhow, my back and head are killing me. Don't forget to hydrate guys ^^
I'm having a weird painful insomnia, got pretty much 0% of the game programmed, and not even 1/3 of the art necessary, feeling pretty ill and unmotivated. I'm still gonna work on the game, I wanna finish it but I don't wanna no-life it like I usually do.
I'll still participate in the play and rate, though! I wanna see you guys tiny creatures!

No you're wasting time. Shuddup.

Even though my already small levels of motivation have been crushed as a jammer, my motivation as an indie dev have sky-rocketed! I was busy yesterday, and both busy and distracted today, so... u'know. No matter what, I hope y'all keep posting your progress! I have loved watching all these games flourish and I'd love to watch these micro-games become best-sellers on steam! Happy Jamming! :)
Rise and shine jammers!
The dawn of the final day (for the compo) is upon us! It's now or never guys, remember still plenty of time to get things done and enjoy the creative process!

Worked on the rendering and backend for my game, will probably not finish it in time for compo but I will try to get it done for the jam. Going to bed now for some sleep. Using placeholder sprites here!
Thinking of reinventing my main character. Feels risky with only 17 hours left. Decisions, decisions.
On the first day of work in our team a new measurement unit emerged, Mikhail, 1 Mikhail equals exactly 135 centimeters
