Made a quick mesh to test the player before doing any asset, but this little guy is growing on me. I'm considering just modeling a wizard hat for him and using this as the visual style of the game.

It's a reversed tower defence game

I spent a lot of time (5 hours+) on game design, and playing the game over and over again, balancing all the cards. But I think I have something fun and challenging on hand.
There are a lot of rules and mechanics, and there's no way I am making a quality tutorial in time.
Having software development as your main job really takes a bit out of the motivation for me. I just want to take it easy and not stress about details.

Why is it that when the jam starts everything goes so slow and you're barely having creative ideas and when the end of the competition is nearing you start having all these ideas and kinda don't want to stop?!

2 Days in, made some music, a few sprites and animated a bunch of stuff I won't use. :scream:

Typical LD April jams are the best, got the idea got no time and enjoying the runaway train of creative crazy, good luck to all.

Almost 9 hours to go. All the game mechanics are done, almost all the arts to. This time i really outdone myself with the project. Musics, sounds , game menu and tweaks are left to do.
