No Man’s Sea Part II

So, I worked some more on my No Man’s Sky homage. I was able to implement a lot of new basic mechanics, but there i have nearly none gameplay implemented yet, and a lot of the important mechanics are missing as of now. (I want to implement randomly generated worlds, trading and ingame currency, temples with treasure and puzzles and ship figths)
So because of the state the game is in rigth now, I don’t want to submit it this time, I’m sorry. But I will keep on working on the game and implement the said features. (I should start earlier next time)

However you can look at the features I have implemented yet. I have a mechanic to enter forests, buildings, citys or caves, a simple but powerfull mapeditor for debuging and testing. Also I added a health bar, and some more tiles (gameplay and decoration). Take a look! 😀

Thanks for reading!
(Guys remember, moving the release date and missing features are needed if you do a homage to No Man’s Sky ;D)

I cannot even type how happy we are to finally submit the game! There are some features that we wanted to include that didn’t make it but… I don’t think you can ever make the game that is 100% as you want it, right? :)

Please check it out. We hope you like it ! ^__^/

I love everything about this! THe music, the drawings.. and the concept! You did very well! One of my fav games so far! 😀

We made it.

We made the game about space and ancient technology. And You can play it. Give it a try

The Mighty Stick is an FPS-adventure game about surviving with the ancient technology into space.

Im tired and i failed

Barely got first section of my game done but heres a wee video of the start and finish mashed together poorly

You can play it here.

By the way I noticed 2 issues at submitting, the first is the only category to be judged is overall, is this normal?

The other is I can’t rate games. I guess I can’t before jam ends? It’s my 5th time but I think I never finished before time xD.

Now playing time! :)

This time there will be no ratings, only feedback friends. I believe there were some cheating problems in the last competitions (there’s a blog post somewhere with the full reasons).

The Late Fee: Post Mortem

Play here: THE LATE FEE

The Late Fee is a game about a guy going to the VHS rental place to return a tape.. On the way you might encounter a few obstacles like Space Sharks and Space Demons and Space Meteorites.. uuuh.. and Space Space. Fight your way through and avoid the horrid late fee!

This jam had a bad start. I started approx. 10 hours late because I attended a birthday party the day before and then after creating 2 sprites my friend bailed on me but in the end I still finished and I think I’ve got a pretty good game, considering.

I will be looking forward to playing all your games in the coming days and weeks!

Heat Up is finished!

Heat Up is about the ancient heat ray by Archimedes. He invented it to defend themselves from enemy ships with mirrors and sunlight.

Click on the mirrors and target the enemy ships. But beware of those with a shield. You will need to reflect the sunlight to get those.

You can play it here if you like: Play
