Nobody knows. Maybe I'll work it out in 72 hours
I am in. I will be flying solo. I will be using the Godot engine. My strengths are in art and I will lean on my strengths. These are my tools:
I may also use other tools, but I'm not sure what will happen.
I love all of you for contributing to this yet again. May your focus be, well, focused!

I created this for myself as a time-saving tool, but hopefully others will benefit from it as well. This just includes some basic stuff that many people tend to leave out, usually because they run out of time. This falls under the "existing code base and tools" rule for the Jam (might not be allowed in Compo)
https://shaolindave.itch.io/baseproject
Included are: - Push ESC to pause - Hold ESC to quit - Title screen - Placeholder for game instructions on title screen - Placeholders for contact and social media links - Player Prefs manager - Event manager - Basic audio mixer - Options menu with volume adjustments
My first ldjam!
I am falling asleep to wake up at 4 am, GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
I will participate in compo.
I planned to use: - Unity - Blender - Photoshop - Audacity - Bosca ceoil (thanks @halogen) - jsfxr
Have fun and good luck
No battle plan survives contact with the enemy, but I like to block out an "ideal schedule" before starting a jam. It helps keep my expectations realistic (and remind me to eat & sleep).
Who else is excited to get started?
Good morning, afternoon and evening!
It's our second time at Ludum Dare, and we think there might still be room on our team. Would anyone like to join us?
I'm a programmer, and a bit of a generalist. @666Savior does 3D modelling, and anything they get their hands on. Our third team member is a musician and SFX artist. We can do 2D or 3D, haven't decided yet.
Engine: Godot
Language: GDScript
3D modelling: Blender
Graphics and doodles: GIMP
CI/CD: GitHub Actions (yes, we will have automated builds!)
At LD46, @666Savior and I made Feed the Tree.

We enjoy being original. Good atmosphere, neat visuals, and satisfying gameplay are all very much our thing. There's always room for cute, too. We just don't do horrors ;)
Are you a graphical artist? A coder, writer, designer, modeller, anybody? Want to join our team? Let me know in the comments here, or on Discord: outfrost#5543.
Good luck everyone! :sparkles:
I hope everyone has a good jam time
Say somethig
This will be my first LD Jam! I'm really excited to throw down with my friends this weekend! Good luck to everyone!
As we move forward, remember to take breaks, drink water, and if you get stuck, step back for a moment and appreciate the work you've done so that you can get a better idea of where your current task sits within the scope of it all! If it's not something immediately important to getting the game working and playable, it might be better to set it as a task for later in the development cycle! Compartmentalizing work into important jobs vs polish is key!
Again, good luck, and let's all do our best to make some great games!
I may or may not have teammates. I will be using:
Blender : 3D assets and animation Unity : Development and design Slack : Team coordination (if I have a team)
I've been doing LD for a while now. I wish everyone good luck, and have a great time.
:D
I'm going solo, and I will be using UE4, Blender and maybe FL Studio.
First game jam in 2 years, hopefully this time I finish something. Using unity, aseprite, and bxfr.
Good luck everyone! Remember to have fun! Don't take it too seriously, don't stress yourself too much.
