You are responsible for managing a field hospital near a conflict zone. Resources are scarce and the available structure is limited. A new wave of wounded people arrives every day, there is no space to treat all of them. Read the medical charts and analyze the situation. Sacrifices must be made. The injured needs medkits to be treated. Medkit supplies will arrive some days. Make decisions to save as many people as possible.

I'm kind of "veteran" in Ludum Dares but this is my first Compo entry and it was tough to make every single asset by my own, without a team to help. I've made this game after seeing a sad news about food instability in my country and I put all my frustrations in its development, it was a way I found to deal with that.

Hi guys. I've made a simple game during LD40 and I loved the result. It is a game about refugees inspired by true stories, including my grandfather's.

So, I've decided to turn the LD40 prototype into a full published game on Steam. I'm feeling very happy now and I think that will honor their memories and their struggle.
