Stayed up a little later last night because I was on a roll.

Managed to get a few hours in whenever the kids allow, but so far I'm pretty happy with what can be achieved just with gdscript!
Working title is Floaty: quest for the space crystals
Hey everyone! How are y’all doing?
!The first day is finally over — it’s been tough, but productive!
We’d love you to take a look at our character designs. The game design is still in progress, and we’re feeling excited, inspired, and full of energy!
Take care of yourselves and enjoy the creative process as much as we do. And don’t forget to get some good sleep!

Hi guys,
I'm still looking for 🎼 music composer 🎼 for 🕹️ Sinclair ZX Spectrum 🕹️. Music is intended to be played with BEEP commands and can have multiple channels. If you do not have 🕹️ Sinclair ZX Spectrum 🕹️ simple sheet music in pdf format will do.
Anyway, I wish you all great time during LD58! 💗
This is Rocco's first appearance in our little test scene. We really like how the little guy runs away from the guard. What do you think?

Still tons to do, I'm behind as always, but... that's Future Me's problem!
Now Chrystal has found treasures around the area! Let's find a better place to put it all. Progress is slow when you're learning, but it feels solid for now. I'm enjoying the ease of animating everything and making it feel alive.

Doing the chara designs for our game ! Their name are Molly (the dog) and D.O.G. (the robot) !

Took way too much time to set up a proper wave system which controls a path system, which controls enemies, which are drawn by the object control.
For testing purposes there's two waves, a straight one, and one with a looping. The system allows me to offset them for even more surprises.
Unfortunately that means so far there is no other game play. You can control the player and his satellite drone, very similar to Wizball and Catellite. The idea is to shoot incoming waves, some of which will drop loot you need to collect with your drone.
Let's see how far I get tomorrow!

Day one is done — and the game’s heartbeat is already there!
We’ve got a working gameplay prototype in Unity, our artist came through with some amazing mockups for the upcoming mini-games, and our composer dropped the first track that perfectly sets the tone for the whole project.
The team’s in the zone — and things are only getting better from here 🔥
Let's make the train run now.
This is pure Rust + Macroquad compiled to Wasm. I developed a pretty comfortable workflow.
We're students and we are trying so hard!!!

Very time constrained, but having some fun with Godot in between shuttling kids around to events.
So far have some butterflies flapping up and down .. need to make the net work to catch them next..
Using Kenney's trees in the bg.

I missed the first day. Well I guess I can still do it in two.
