Basically, as in the title - I am planning on entering the compo, but was going to record my voice for some sfx. If I also get my partner to record a few lines, is that going to be against the compo rules?

Ah... I forgot LD was this weekend... So let's go <24h to make a game...

Here are our vector icons for the dialogues 💀
Umm... Wanted to start yesterday but so lazy xD!. Guess I will start the art today and start the coding tomorrow. Don't think I will finish in time but I will try! Horrible start for my first gamejam ever. lol

I'm learning how to use godot to make a rhythm game! So far I've got a really basic UI and some basic sfx (thanks to sfxr!). Not sure how far I'll get before the deadline, but I'm feeling pretty good about progress so far! (Note that the visual artifacts here are from my screen recorder - not part of the game)

I just wasted 6-7 hours into making my flamingo poop. I hope you can enjoy it later...
The basic gameplay is done. Need to add music and sounds. Mabye some screen shake and other polishing stuff.
Just finished the turret textures!

Game is made by @jkniest, @mk-awesome and me
I got it setup to randomly generate dispositions on different topics.

My 3D scene is coming together here. There's still obviously quite a bit more to be modeled, including one more room I want to make, as well as a bit of an outdoors area, and perhaps a shed or something.
The core concept is coming together though. The player can bring up their tablet with the puzzles they need to solve, while they are also looking around the scene for much-needed information about the puzzles.

One strange thing I need to fix--the fridge is not supposed to be pink (and there's a couple other colors that are also wrong). Somehow the UV's or textures must have gotten screwed up.
Mushroom wizard has a new enemy, and two spells!

Got a model, got an animation. Things are shaping up!
This part of development is dangerous! You end up playtesting way too much instead of actually working

A few hours to go until the end of day 1. Got player mechanics in along with 2d lighting and line of sight. The game will be about rescuing people from a doomed space station following an asteroid strike.
You'll need to use your jetpack to navigate a unstable structure (e.g. collapsing, exploding, rotating) and get the survivors to safety.
