I am in
First Ludum Dare, let’s see what happens.
Probably gonna do something in HTML/Javascript.
Good luck to us all!

End obligatory I’m in/base code post here.
The excitement is palpable – I’ve got my workspace set up, my tools at the ready, and some snacks – now all we need is the theme!
This time around I’m going to try to stream the entire weekend. The stream is live now at twitch.tv/rjhelms.
This Ludum Dare will be my 9th time entering. The theme had better not include snowmen of any description.
Tools:
I may or may not be in, if I am in, then I will most likely be using:
superscreenrecorder
gimp
Lua and Love2D/C and my simple framework (https://github.com/finnoleary/quick-sdl2/)
or even lua and my scheme/lisp dialect, maybe not if it’s not completed. If it is in a ready state I will add it to a repo somewhere in github://finnoleary
Vim or some other text editor. I usually switch about a lot now.
IDK what I’ll be using for sound (if any)
Meh, here’s my twitter (http://www.twitter.com/gallefray .
Truth be told I don’t even know if I’m participating or not but 😛

The answer is: my boyfriend convinced me. After being his sounding board on countless games and prototypes, it’s my turn to make something. That’s kind of a cool feeling. Now to go learn Twine before LD31 starts!! I hope the final theme is snowmen, because I have a good idea…
Hello all!!
list of my fisrt Ludum Dare gear:
1 – GPL Lib – http://sourceforge.net/projects/libgpl/
2 – Visual Studio C++
3 – Pickle
4 – Photoshop
5 – Bfxr
Everyone is announcing their participation and tools, so I thought I would too! I’ll be making a game in Haxe using HaxeFlixel and using Pyxel Edit for art, Reaper for music, and sfxr for the sound effects. Good luck everybody!
I’m waiting on an email for a job offer, and every day for a full two weeks they’ve told me to expect an answer that day, so uhh, I’m distracting myself from the suspenseful anticipation with the LD compo this weekend! =D I’m -definitely- a Unity person, and a hardcore coder, so I’m mixing things up a bit and focusing on art this time around! Hopefully I’ll be able to pull off something good enough to be visually appealing~
So, TOOLS:
My last real successful Ludum Dare game was a mini-Ludum Dare, (Shark week!) but I finished it, and published it on Android, and it was awesome! (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simbryocorp.sharkagachi&hl=en) Here’s hoping I’m just as successful this time around~
Tools:
First time entering LD. Hope I can finish my game.
Tools:
Have fun everyone! 😀
Excited for my first time at this. Looking to make a java-script plat former looking to use easeljs and box2d.
Homework’s overrated, so screw it. im in.
Not sure if i’ll use java or if i should try to learn unity… i’ll probably end up trying the later just for times sake.
go snowmen
I’m in for my third LD! Using the exact same thing as my last go:
I will be primarily using GameMaker: Studio Pro with a HTML5 export. The usual team of content generators and GIMP will be used for visuals and sound, but I may try my hand at using some vector graphics (swfmill), which would be new for me. I may borrow from my own code libraries (simple collision scripts and such) but all code will be my own.
-Evan “SketchyGalore” Good
Going to use my usual stuff for this LD.
Hoping for a good theme :3
Photoshop
Construct Classic
Graphics Gale
SFXR
Renoise
Tags: ld #31
About 40 minutes until it starts. Going to get theme first then sleep on it.
Will be using:
Unity3d
PyxelEdit/Photoshop/Blender/CrazyBump/Spine (depending on the type of game I make, may not use all these tools)
vim
Bfxr/Audacity
Me and my friend are entering LD for the first time in the jam category!
Language: Python
Graphics: Text based
Sounds: Maybe….
Hi!
This is my first ludum dare. After years of working in a huge pet project I decided I needed to get something finished.
I’ll be using Dart and WebGL, probably gimp and inkscape for graphics.
Up until today I had no experience with Dart, but I really dislike Javascript :p
Good luck everyone!
