LD35 April 15–18, 2016

The game is done (a simple puzzle game). My first Ludum Dare participation game ever!

End of Day Two and finished!

I just finished my game. I’m pretty proud of myself, yesterday I thought about giving up, but luckily I didn’t and now I have finished it. Be sure to check it out at here. I probably could have made the game look better if I had more time.

All Done!

I’ve finally finished and submitted my first Ludum Dare Game! (Yay!)

I hope to continue to work on this game after ludum dare and actually finish it (Clean up the code, better art, larger level etc…), as I really enjoyed making something original.

You can play it here: http://ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-35/?action=preview&uid=67751

Bye Bye

I’ll have to go now I sent in my game ColorShift and I am happy to be able to sleep now.

Good luck for the last 5 hours everyone.

ByeBye

Jam, it is!

As usual, I failed to enter inside the 48h time limit, so my game will probably end up in the Jam (unless I seriously screw up tomorrow).

Gameplay is done but I still need to make cleaner graphics and add dialogue, so it will me take an handful of hours more.

Still going

I started this with the intent to enter the Compo, but after realising that I suck at music I enlisted the help of a fellow LD’r.

I plan to submit for the Jam so heres going I can figure out how to jump properly by then 😀

Warren is coming along nicely, he’s had a bit of a make over.

First redo

Closer..

Perfect!

Here’s hoping I can finish by tomorrow night!

Mahou Shoujo Elly is finished!

This is my third time making a Ludum Dare game. I hope you will like it! Pretty proud of this one and I think it’s my best entry yet. :)

I played it! I really thought controlling the slime was fun, and there were some fun level designs in there. It was like a puzzle escort game. The graphics and music were nice too!

Hero can’t wait, but I have little time

demo

I have finished one level, and all the resources for the last one.

It seems no time for music, after all, I know nothing about music.

You have ascended to your true form!

Try to convince the Metaphysician to prescribe you the elixir so that you can ascend to your true form. Discover what your true form is while you experiment with performativity. Crush medical equipment with your bare hands. Smash the system.

Check out Elixir

Now it looks like a game

Finished graphics. Finally. Now, if only I could make the game longer.

You can play the demo version right now.

In this game, you can stomp the character to shift top-down and side views.

And here is my character in 3D:

Don’t say anything flattening to him. Well, that was quite a flat pun.

evolution of a twine game

i didn’t post these here as i went, but i did take an evolving series of screenshots! (sadly at different depth levels, sometimes)

Merphy’s Law

Almost had it. My first game, my first programming experience. Thwarted by opening the same project on unity twice:(. Not enough time for debugging now…And it looked sweet :(

Oh well, off to sleep, good luck to the rest of ya.

More to come!

Finished and knackered and …

… rather ridiculously pleased that my 3d game would fit on a floppy disk.

Where Wolf? Finished!

This Ludum Dare has been a bumpy one. I found myself taking many more breaks than the previous one. I took a long time to think of an idea for the game but I finally found this one. Basically you are an Animal Control officer who has to hunt the werewolves from the crowd of people.

The game took more time than expected due to my infinite loops and other bugs.

It was definitely a learning experience, much like #34. I do not enjoy Where Wolf as much as I enjoyed NnB: Nuts ‘n’ Bolts.

You can play the game here or here.

Enjoy and leave feedback if any. Thanks!
