Hey, this is my first ever Ludum Dare and I cannot wait to compete and create something. As this is my first Ludum Dare I will go for the jam.
Engine: Construct or Unity if it starts working
Art: Piskel
Music: Bosca Ceoil
SFX: sfxr
We are in for the jam !!
We are a team of 4 (maybe 5 (don't know yet (that's a lot of braces))) : * @Angry-cyboot : the most amazing graphic artist * @Kack3y : the most astonishing dev and assistant graphic artist * @OroshiX : the most breathtaking dev * @Synack : the most stupefying dev and maestro
Will be using following softwares : * Unity 2020 for its cute prefabs * Gimp for its wonderful layers * Ableton for its sexy tracks * MagicaVoxel for its unbreakable voxels
We hope everyone will have a good old LD week-end.
Not a fan of these themes to be honest, but that hasn't stopped me from trying in the past.

My toolset: * Engine: Vigilante Game Framework (aka my own engine built on top of SFML) * Graphics: Piskel and Photoshop, but maybe something not pixel art. * Music: LMMS and maybe cgMusic * Sound Effects: Chiptone, Sfxia and Audacity
Things might change once the theme is announced, fortunately I have a day to brainstorm and a proper night sleep to think things over. I also have my usual game jam advice that I've been posting in past LDs (and snapshotted directly from last April because I'm too lazy to rewrite it.

Break a leg everyone!
Hey, when I launch a Unity project I get an error (Failed To Load Window Layout) and I have been using Unity for months and have never seen this issue.
Unity Version: 2020.1
Alright! I'm in! Third game jam, but second Ludum Dare! Last LD, I made a comedy twine game called Irving Forrest Technologies and REDACTED. It was a super fun experience, and I'm looking forward to having another crack at it!
I don't have as much free time this time around, so here's the plan.
I'm really excited to see what all of you make! Cheers, fellow developers!

I haven't done one of these in a while, here's to hoping my game-making skills haven't eroded away
My setup:
Programming: Java with the LibGDX library, Eclipse IDE and of course, Git
Graphics: GIMP
Sound: sfxr and Audacity
Music: LMMS
Last time I made big improvements on game design and even added music! I expect my musical skills to have improved again, since I moved on to LMMS and learnt a lot about music theory and how to make instruments that don't suck.
I expect my art skills to have taken a turn for the worse considering I haven't done pixel art in forever! :scream:
Last time I had issues with collisions, so this time I'll visualize the bounding boxes and hopefully save myself precious hours to improve the game overall.
Yet again I assemble Titled Goose Team to participate in Ludum Dare with somebody. This time, my teammates are @sava-tsurkanu and @justcreative.
We are looking forward to beginning of the jam and wish everyone good luck and have fun!

Excited to be taking part in my second Ludum Dare - The last one was a blast!
The list of potential themes this year looks quite promising and I can't wait to find out the final one tomorrow!
* Have You Got Twitter? *
One aspect of Ludum Dare I really enjoyed was seeing everyone's games progress throughout the jam, then getting to check them out at the end; It was a lot of fun! It’s so nice to be surrounded by such a large group of like-minded and supportive people who make amazing games. Link your Twitter handle below and we should all follow each other; it's a great community :)
I’m Tom, and you can find me on Twitter here: https://twitter.com/DeveloperTom1
Looking forward to another LD -- I have been doing these for so long my two sons are now also participating!
A few Processing libraries I use needed some attention and updating before the compo begins
Best of luck!

This will be my 4th Ludum Dare in a row, and I am very excited to get started. I've learned so much over the last 3 I've done and I should have a good plan for how I'll be tackling things this time around. I'll be tweeting about my progress on my twitter @/Monado17 once it starts. I'm interested if others will be tweeting about their progress as well. I look forward to making this Ludum Dare the best yet, and I look forward to see what everyone else manages to make!
What I Plan to be Using:Unity 2019
Visual Studio Code
Visual Studio 2019
Aesprite
Clip Studio Paint
Audacity
Joining the Jam again after a few years. This time in a team of two with @cedric86. We plan on creating a web game with Unity. Looking forward to the challenge!

My first Ludum dare
I'm a total beginner with Unity, still figuring out how to get characters to move around, but I heard game jams are great for learning, so I guess I'm here now!?
Looking forward to having some fun!
Well, after increasing my skills for years I'm finally ready for a game jam! I missed Ludum Dare earlier this year, so I can't wait for LD47! I can't wait to see what other developers come up with! Well, I guess I'll say my tools of choice too. - Engine: Construct 3 - Code: A little bit of Event System, a little bit of JavaScript - Art: Construct 3 In-Engine Image Animator - Sound: Probably GarageBand or something.
Heya, haven't done a game jam in over a decade!
Can't wait to mess around with some ideas and have fun.
I'll either be using GameMaker Studio or javascript. Depends on what tool feels better for whatever idea comes to mind
Good luck everyone!
Hype!
hype...
Feeling so hyped about Ludum Dare 47th Jam! This is my first Jam and I'll be creating on Unity 3D.
