Might be in…

I have a 5 hour plane ride in between the compo (plus more time in security/checkin) depending how fast that is, and if I sleep on the plane I may be in!

If so I will use

Unity3D-C# or XNA

inkscape or blender

maybe sound.. bfxr?

Pizza!

go go self-rep!

I’m in

Well, I am in.

Tools to be used :

Language: Python

Art: Photoshop

Sound effects: sfxr

This is going to be interesting, this is my first Ludum Dare.

Leveleditor

Since I will use HTML5 and CoffeeScript I decided to use this leveleditor for my game: http://www.mapeditor.org/

The reason is that this one can export in json files which is easy to read.

I hope this post will help someone.

Warmed-up and READY to go!

Hey!

I submitted my warm-up game “Bouncy Bouncy“. And it looks like I’m ready to go.

Also mi updated setup is that:

Compiler: GCC and mingw (for cross-compiling)

Library: SDL and my framework (GameLib)

Graphics: GIMP

Sound: Audacity and Sfxr/Bfxr

Timelapse: Glapse

Hardware: Gigabyte M912

And well; the required “desk” shot:

I supose that makes me a couch-gamedev 😀

My force shall be with you.

Hello!

This will be my first ludum dare ( or any type of programming contest in a matter of fact ) so I’m super excited :) I decided to participate in this less than hour ago, so I am panicing at the moment a lot! Right now, I’m gonna take 5 hour nap, then I’ll start getting ready to kick some… geeks. I will be using C#, XNA and something to make textures ( I dont know! *more panicing* ). Anyways, I wish you all best luck. Sleeping ->

Cool, so I’m in ^^

So yeah so this time I’m gonna stay in and make something… even if it turns out to a broken buggy mess xD

Gonna use Stencyl ‘cos have been looking over it the past few days and it seems awesome.

Declaring that I’m gonna use the Platformer Movement pack of behaviors and the Scene Change behaviour on StencylForce … even though am betting I get inspired to do something that’s not a platformer, we shall see xD

I’m also in

Hi,

I hope to finish a game, which in that case will be the first time ever. o_o

My platform will be HTML5. My tools will likely be Emacs, Inkscape and FamiTracker.

Best wishes all around!

This is my first time in LD, can’t wait to get cracking ^_^

I’ll be using Java with Slick2D, and Paint.NET for all of the ugly pretty pictures

Sound will probably be just me making throwing noises together in Audacity

I am joining

I am joining for the first time.
Good luck everyone!

Hey!

Found out about this new Ludum Dare yesterday and for some reason thought it would be a good idea. Now I’m beginning to realise how badly prepared I am, but what’s the worst that can happen?

Language: Java
Framework: LibGDX
I’ll worry about everything else if/when I get there.

Good luck everyone.

If you can compile, then you’re ready.

I’m in!

Hi,

This is my first Ludum Dare, so I’m probably woefully unprepared. I do, at least, have 2 bags of coffee on stand by to make up for the time zone differences (2 a.m.!).

Tools list: Flash, FDT, Pixelmator, cfxr and as much chocolate as possible.

Good luck y’all!

In

In again for this one.

AS3, Flash Develop, Paint.net.  Hopefully I can still manage to complete this considering I’ll be coding 12-hours or so in the car while we drive to my brother’s graduation.  Think I’ll have to keep my scope in mind in the project I decide on.

I’m in.

I’m taking the easy route though, with Unity 3d.  I like to play with data structures more than engine development.

DarkEdge is in!

Hey everyone :)

It’s that time again 😀 I’m listening to some smooth jazz at the moment… Anyway, I’m in for Ludum Dare 22. The tools I “might” be using are:

Eclipse, LWJGL, Slick2D, JBox2D, TileD, bfxr, Audacity (if the bfxr’s floating point wav’s are annoying me again) and Paint.NET. I might have forgetten something there.

I’ll be setting up Chronolapse again, and put a video on youtube afterwards.

Well, I’ll probably stay up until  2 AM local time to check the theme, and then go to sleep. Depends on how long my friend is planning to stay here tonight :p

I wish everyone the best of luck! Everyone can make games!
