Really happy with what I was able to complete in my first ever game jam!
I started out with a few simple notes...
I only started to learn to code a few months ago when I started using Godot4 but I felt confident in my ability to pull off this small project. I have some ideas on how to make this into a bigger project but will probably ultimately just add a golf mini game into the platformer I'm working on.
I knew I didn't want to work on it on Monday at all even though I was submitting under the jam category, so I was able to crunch all day Saturday and finish it early Sunday afternoon...exhausting but I'm glad I was able to focus on my day job today. XD
I hope you enjoy playing fetch with my dog Molly, she's just as cute in the game as she is in real life!

Well it's not much, but I managed to finish it. I hope someone out there enjoys the dumb jokes and references at least. I would have liked to add some more gaminess to it (like minigame type actions, runaway buttons, click at the right time, etc.), but I'll call my first game jam a success and look forward to doing the next one.
Have fun!

Very buggy and no time to testing or game balance.
Would love have loved some more time to work on it

That's my 10th Ludum Dare in a row and my 13th of my life.
LDJam 45 - 55

(Entering in Panic attack mode)
Im trying to upload the game made with Phaser 3.80.1 BUT I'm having problems with it not loading any images in the game embedded from Ludum Dare. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
Fun fact: Locally it works 10/10 and on itch.io, it only doesn't load 1 asset.

check eet oout

Keeping up with our "down to the wire" tradition, the Keyboard Cowboys have officially submitted our entry, aptly titled "Split Decision."
Go split some balls and claim some high scores before someone else dominates all of the leaderboards!

See y'all in the rating trenches! :pointright: :cowboy: :pointright:
Completed our game in my custom engine I have been working on this last month, if you asked me saturday if we would finish I would of defiantly said no.

This is all we could make in 3 days with our idea of a "Summoning" game! There are some bugs obviously, including one with the sound and music, but it's playable. With this game you will see what is our idea, eventho it's not like we want it to be at it's final version. Enjoy!
This was our first Game Jam ever, and we had to cut a few corners in the end to make it work. In Summon, You are an Eldritch god, trying to lead your cult so they are able to complete taks and summon you. The more magic they are able to amass in the ritual, the more powerful your body will be once the Ritual completed!

We just completed our game, come play it, try to rank in the leaderboard and break the game :id:

Are we allowed to make any adjustments to the game and then upload again before the judging is over?
One player thought the game was a bit hard so if I could make it a bit easier. I could do that with some tweaking. Another had a good idea about changing the time between casting fireballs. Lastly, I didn't have time to put in the final boss battle.
Are any of those things allowed? If not I'll wait till the judging is over and may adjust them then.

It's finally finished and it looks really good!

Try to date (or kill!?) all these wonderful characters

I am so lucky to have had my friends to work through my first completed game, I am so proud of it!! What a marathon, but it was worth it.

It is finally done !
We are realy tired after this one and have a lot of issues with Unity and Git, but we made it !
We hope you will like our game, even it is more a short demo than a game ! (It feels like a "déjà-vu" for me (¬_¬") )
Anyway, Enjoy !
