Hi guys good to be back on ludum dare:

to everybody have fun and have a great ludum dare!!!
Primary program – Stencyl
Art – Pencyl
Music – FL 11 Producer edition : Primary plug-ins – Harmor, Sytrus, Gms
Inspiration – Cat posters
Drinks – Mt. Dew Kickstart, Gatorade
Food – Beef jerky, Candy, more candy, some more candy, chips, and chocolate (My body is going to hate me)
Only 30 minutes until I get to yell at my computer, screaming about how stupid the theme is!!! 😀
Shameful self-promotion, listen to my newest track!
This time we finally decide to get ourselves into this!
Hopefully we can successfully make something playable.
Rather last minute, I’ve decided to take part in LD35. I won’t stream my progress (though I would but my PC is trash), but I’ll probably make one or two tweets on it on @Jack_Will_Tweet. It starts very early in the morning in my country, so I’ll likely begin it, wake up early the next morning, and get right back to work. Have fun everyone!
Second attempt. With a team this time!! woot.
Unity
C#
Photoshop
Cosmo the cat (he made me add that)
We are redy to go!
Probably working solo this time depending on the theme.

The last two times I participated in Ludum Dare, I had my heart set on coding everything from scratch in Java. I ended up focusing most of my time on the engine, instead of the game. This time I’ll be using GMS (and learning as I go), so hopefully I’ll have a much better game than my last attempts.
I forgot to mention that I’m participating, so might as well before the event starts!
Tools I’ll be using:
https://app.hacknplan.com (planning, saw an endorsement for the program sometime this morning, if it’s one of the themes that I had sudden inspiration for, I’ll have plans)
Gimp and/or Inkscape (graphics)
Unity3D (yes, I have given in and decided to use the horrible, imfamous, cheaty-mc-cheat-cheat dev tool, Unity3D)
BFXR (sound effects)
OpenMPT and Audacity (music)
If this theme turns out good and something that I can work with I will be doing it this time. #LD35 #MyFirstLD
Engine: GM/Unity
Language: C#/GML
Art:Whatever I can throw together (Programmer Art FTW)
So, tomorrow I will start streaming the ludem dare here: https://www.twitch.tv/cravingaura
This is my first game jam so feel free to help me in the twitch chat! Good luck everyone!!!
UPDATE:
Unity was crashing, and I finally fixed it. Cannot wait to start tomorrow! #LD35
The best of lucks to everyone !
May the theme be forever in your favor!
This is going to be my second Ludum Dare and I’m going to use this as a learning experience for Unity. I’ve used Unity a bit before and go the hang of it but then I left the gamedev world. Now I’m back, downloaded Unity and as soon as I figure out what kind of game I’m going to make I’m going to start looking at source code and tutorials to figure out how to make it. Probably not going to finish the game within the Ludum Dare time period but I’ll keep working on it and see how it goes
I’ve been doing Ludum Dare for a long time but don’t really finish things most of the time. Hopefully this will be an exception.
Language: C#

Got a crew this time, C# in the Unity engine for the jam. Let’s do it!
