Prepared a little gif, hype is real

really excited for my first LD jam
I decided to plot the results for the last 3 games I made for the LD Jam and see if there are any trends. Spoiler! There is a trend!
Turns out I'm an innovative guy with very little creative talent

Anyway, my intention is to try and focus on art/music assets a bit more this time around (I usually leave that until the very end to avoid getting disheartened). Also, I'm going to try and add some simple game juice where I can.
We'll see if it pays off.
This is my first game jam ever. I don't expect to do overwhelmingly well, but I need something to push my limits. Good luck everybody!
I'm in! This will be my 28th LD.
My toolset:
Good luck everyone! I'll also probably use this base code.
Oh I am so excited as this is my first LD Game Jam ever!
My Tools -
Engine - Unity Engine, IDE - Visual Studio 2019, Language - C#, Music - FL Studio, Audacity , Game Hosting - Itch.io
I am so hyped up for this one! Hope I do the best!
Made a background for Ludumdare 47 in Aseprite and thought it was pretty cool. Has some of my favourite games in the bottom corners.
Enjoy : )

You see, this will take place during my exams, so I'll have to find a way to get some time!
Game engine - Construct 3
IDE- No clue what that means
Music - possibly opengameart, or bosca ceoil
Art - photoshop
:D
Heya I would love to talk to a couple of artists who might like to join my team that I've been putting together.
I don't want to spam the timeline too much more, so here's a link to the previous time I posted for the team.
Hope to hear from you soon! And good luck to everyone else doing LD this weekend woohoo!

Very conveniently, two of my classes do not have homework this week, and I have more than enough time to finish the rest of my homework before Friday evening.
I have to say I'm very lucky to have such a clear schedule!
Either way, I'm definitely looking forward to this Ludum Dare. Last Ludum Dare was probably my personally most satisfying entry, to the point that I've actually been developing it further. The secret is to really, really stick to the "small scope" idea. Last time I had all my gameplay finished before I went to bed Saturday, and I think that will be by new goal. If it isn't done by Saturday, it's getting scrapped.
Anyways, I'm looking forwards to seeing everybody's games! Good luck everybody!
Hi everyone :)
This is our first game jam, and we're really excited to start! We can't wait to see what everyone creates, and what the theme is (we like all of them).
Can't wait to get started :)
Already stressed beyond reason from work. Let's do a game jam on the weekend! What can go wrong, right?!
Will I be using PICO-8 again? Who knows! Let's decide Saturday morning!

I’m going to aim for the compo this time. In the occasion that I ignore the theme, can you opt out of the theme category?
Engine to use : Duality2D Art : Krita and/or pyxeledit
Who am I ?
What is love ?
Baby don't hurt me...
Someone please comment how to add my friend as a teammate
It's been two years since I participated. We'll see what I can pull out this time.
Hi yall! We are back guys, hope you have fun this jam, here's three lovely pigs..

Hello everyone! this is my first Ludum Dare, let's see how it goes :D
Best of lucks to everyone and let's have some fun!!!
I'll be hacking in Unity, but for the first time I'll try attempt to create my own art using the amazing Aseprite. Prepare for some ugly pixelart.
I'm hoping this time around I'll break my quit streak (though I've finished a game for the GTMK in the meantime), but then again, Spelunky 2 is coming out in less than 3 hours. I don't really game much (juggling a fulltime job, raising our 6 months old daughter and sparetime gamedev) this's Spelunky we're talking about... 😅
Here's a gif of the corner correction for my platformer controller I've been playing around with:
